How do I place a custom order with Knot Retired?At Knot Retired, we prefer for you to contact us directly by phone to place a custom order. This allows us to personalize your order to your exact specifications and ensure that your precious memories are preserved perfectly. Simply send us a message to our studio and let us know what you would like to have preserved. When we call, we will walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have. Our payment process is also done over the phone, so you can rest assured that your order is being handled securely and with care. Thank you for entrusting your cherished memories with Knot Retired.

What forms of payment does Knot Retired accept for orders?Knot Retired accepts Paypal, Venmo, credit cards (3% processing fee). We understand the importance of easy and secure payment options for our customers, and we strive to make the ordering process as straightforward as possible. We also accept cash for in-person purchases at our shop location. If you have any questions or concerns regarding payment options, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

What sets us apart from other flower shops is we have a variety of art to choose from including fine woodworking, resin art and flower preservation. Additionally, we specialize in creating unique and personalized designs that reflect the individual tastes and personalities of our clients. At Knot Retired, we strive to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with their experience.

How long do I have to get my flowers to you?It is imperative that we receive your botanicals within 48 hours of your event. The sooner we start the drying process the better. "Good in, good out." If it is a wedding event, plan on designating someone to do this part for you. If you cannot drop them off at our shop, contact us on information on packing your flowers to ship overnight.

"I got married 2 years ago and we couldn't find a service like this so we no longer have our flowers...Not a problem! Do you have a couple of good pictures of your bouquet? We partner with local florist to "re-create" your bouquet. Then we start the process of drying and no one will know but Us... Shhh

I air-dried my flowers in a closet a year ago. Can I use them?Most times we can. They won't have that fresh dried color or texture that silica drying provides. Contact us and send a few pictures and our team will discuss it with you one on one.

How fast can I expect the process to take?Our turnaround time to complete your order is generally 8-12 weeks from the day we receive your flowers until we notify you of completion.

Do you just do wedding flowers?Absolutely Not! We do wedding, memorial/funeral, Anniversary, birthday, or any occasion you'd like to preserve your memories. We've even done "first date" flowers!

Can I include an invitation in the resin piece?Absolutely! We can include initiations, pictures, prayer cards, rings, ashes, rosaries or just about any item to personalize your piece. Just ask us for details. (Surcharges may apply for inclusions)

Can you do artificial flowers?Absolutely! We can do real flowers, or most artificial flowers as well as a mix of the two in the same piece.

Can I use any size flower in any size design?Not always... Our design team will help steer you and help you decide which design is best for you and your budget.

Can I have my dried flowers back?Absolutely! We usually just take what we will use in your piece plus a little extra just in case. We must know at the time of drop-off if you would like your remaining dried flowers returned to you once the job is completed. If not, they become property of Knot Retired.
