Stock-Ready Made Items
Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return, refund or exchange of like item.
Custom Pieces
Once a deposit has been made on a custom-made personalized item, the item is considered final sale, and is not subject to any return, refund or exchange.
Damaged Items
If you have requested for us to ship your item and it arrives damaged, contact us immediately at knotretiredwood@gmail.com
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept all major credit cards with a 3% processing fee. We accept paypal, Venmo and Cash.
SHIPPING
We ship anywhere!! We use UPS, FedEx and USPS. Shipping fees will apply.
